IMG_0102Dear friends,

As we enter Holy Week and culminate with Easter Sunday, we at Dolores Mission Church and School reflect on what the Resurrection means to our parishioners, students and families. We are a community that has suffered great losses and continues to overcome adversity in the face of challenging times. Through our faith, we remain resilient and continue to rise and overcome one obstacle after another. We recommit to life when one has been taken, we are brave in times of fear,  and we discover our true dignity where there was once only shame. We are in constant revival, rebirth and Resurrection.

brendan fabi ellieDolores Mission Church and School exist to break cycles of poverty, violence and crime. We strengthen families, transform generations and educate and empower our youth. We can do this because of your continued support. YOU are facilitating the dreams of our families to meet their God-given potential; to find the loveliness within that gives them the ability to live a dignified life. YOU are giving our students a chance to transcend their current situations and envision a life they can be proud of. YOU are forming men and women for and with others.

children at ghp2As you may know, we are in the midst of completing a construction project that will house our transitional kindergarten and kindergarten classrooms, High School Scholars Program, Student & Family Center, and much-needed meeting and office space. These changes will help move our mission forward and impact our community like never before. As our building rises to meet the needs of our students and families, we ask that you stand in kinship and rise with us.

We prayerfully ask you to support our vision for a brighter future for our families. Our impact is life-changing and your investment in our community is returned with the rewards of God-centered, educated and dignified lives.

We are so grateful for your continued support of Dolores Mission Church and School!

 In gratitude,
