In accordance with the Policies and Procedures of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the Dolores Mission Safe Guard the Children Committee ensures that all our adult and youth volunteers complete the appropriate forms, training and fingerprinting prior to beginning their volunteer efforts at our Parish.
Adults working with children are required to be fingerprinted. The Archdiocese of Los Angeles offers free fingerprinting, you may view the schedule on the link below:

Additionally our volunteers will be required to complete VIRTUS training. Adult volunteers will complete the “Protecting Children” program and youth volunteers will complete the “Teaching Touching Safety” program. The Dolores Mission Safeguard the Children Committee offers this training at Dolores Mission, please contact the Parish Secretary for the schedule. You may also attend these training sessions at a different Parish, click on the link below for registration instructions and attend at a different Parish.
